EPK Properties Public Knowledge MCP

The official public, read-only Model Context Protocol endpoint for published EPK property listings and multilingual real-estate guides for Panama and the Dominican Republic.

Public surface

Capability	Purpose
`search`	Search published EPK listings and public guide sections.
`fetch`	Fetch one public document returned by standard search.
`search_properties`	Filter public listings by country, operation, type, price, rooms and area.
`get_property`	Retrieve one complete public property document.
`search_guides`	Search public guidance about buying, taxes, regulations, residency, relocation, rentals and due diligence.
`get_guide_section`	Retrieve one complete public guide section.

The service also advertises two guided prompts and an interactive, standards-based MCP App (EPK Property Explorer) with compatibility metadata for ChatGPT.

Safety boundary

Public data only: records must already satisfy EPK website visibility rules.
Read-only: no create, update, delete, booking, payment or contact actions.
No client, owner, workspace, authentication, CRM, admin or negotiation data.
Canonical EPK URLs are returned for verification and citation.
Prices and availability must be reconfirmed.
Guides are informational and are not legal, tax, financial or immigration advice.
