Build mini data Apps for repeatable business reports with AI.
Settra turns spreadsheet data into reusable mini data Apps composed with AI. Each App can power a focused business workflow or trusted mini BI report while preserving its sources, rules, parameters, and outputs.
Compose once. Reuse with confidence.
- Compose with AI. Start with a business question and the spreadsheet data behind it, then shape the metrics, filters, parameters, and outputs together.
- Approve the rules. Review proposed calculations, relationships, and assumptions before they become the App's definition.
- Test with real data. Run the report, change its inputs, and ask follow-up questions.
- Reuse the logic. Execute the same approved App in Settra or through an MCP client instead of wasting tokens to rebuild code and workflow.
- Stay ahead of change. See which Apps a spreadsheet change could affect before a renamed, removed, or changed column breaks them.
From spreadsheet to mini data App
- Connect a Google Sheet, CSV, Excel, or Parquet file from Google Drive.
- Describe the report, audience, and reusable inputs you need.
- Work with AI to define and validate its metrics, joins, and calculations.
- Test the output against the synchronized data and refine it together.
- Save the result as an App that people and agents can run again.
The mini App is the reusable system behind the result. It keeps the data, definitions, parameters, and execution steps that make each report repeatable and understandable.
