Install
Install and configure the MCP from https://notepad.page now. Follow the documentation's installation instructions, ask me for anything you can't complete yourself, and verify its tools load.notepad.page setup
notepad.page hosts private-by-default single-document HTML pages. Connector endpoint: https://mcp.notepad.page/mcp. The user adds the connector in the client's settings and completes browser OAuth with an emailed 6-digit code in the same sign-in window within 15 minutes. Codes are browser credentials. Known settings paths (verified 2026-08-23; if labels moved, trust what the user actually sees):
- Claude (claude.ai / Desktop): Settings -> Connectors -> Add custom connector.
- ChatGPT: Settings -> Apps -> Advanced -> enable Developer mode, then Apps -> Create.
- Grok Bot: supports connector installation with the full MCP endpoint, followed by browser sign-in.
- Grok web/mobile (manual): grok.com/connectors -> New Connector -> Custom.
- Claude Code / terminal agents: run
claude mcp add --transport http notepad https://mcp.notepad.page/mcpthen /mcp to finish sign-in.
