What you can ask your agent

  • What are my top 10 queries by clicks this month?
  • Which pages lost the most impressions compared to last month?
  • Show me queries ranking between position 8 and 15 with more than 1,000 impressions
  • What's the average CTR by device type?
  • Which countries send the most organic traffic?

Playbooks that run on Google Search Console

Step-by-step procedures your agent follows on your Google Search Console data, instead of improvising a query. Browse all skills

[📊

Acquisition channel performance

Compare traffic sources and marketing channels on volume, engagement and conversion rate to decide where to spend more and where to cut: which channel gives the best return, whether to shift budget between paid, organic, referral and email, and how each is trending.

](/skills/acquisition-channel-performance)[🏆

Analyze high-ranking landing pages

See which pages perform best in organic search: the landing pages that earn the most clicks and impressions, the queries behind each one, and how they compare with competitor estimates from Ahrefs.

](/skills/analyze-high-ranking-landing-pages)[🕸️

Audit internal links to important pages

Audit the site's own internal linking: crawl navigation and body links between the site's pages to find valuable pages with too few inbound internal links, orphan pages, and the handful of cross-links that would lift striking-distance rankings.

](/skills/internal-link-audit)[📄

Audit or draft an llms.txt

Check whether the site has an llms.txt, whether it follows the spec and points at the pages that matter, and if it is missing draft one from the pages Search Console shows people actually find, so AI assistants get a curated map of the site instead of guessing.

](/skills/llms-txt-audit-and-draft)[↪️

Audit redirect chains and loops

Follow every redirect on the URLs Search Console still sends traffic to, on the sitemap, and on backlinked pages, to find chains, loops, redirects to the homepage, and temporary redirects that should be permanent, so link equity and crawl budget stop leaking.

](/skills/redirect-chain-audit)[✏️

Audit titles and meta descriptions

Compare the title and meta description of each top page against the queries it actually ranks for in Search Console, and find missing, duplicate, truncated or misaligned metadata on the pages where a rewrite would earn the most clicks.

Frequently asked questions

How do I connect Google Search Console?

Click 'New Connection', select Google Search Console, give it a name, and connect with Google OAuth. Sequel requests read-only access. The process takes under a minute.

Why is there a delay in Search Console data?

Google Search Console data typically lags 2–4 days. This is a Google limitation. Sequel queries GSC directly and shows exactly what is available.

What data does Sequel pull from Search Console?

Sequel accesses the GSC Search Analytics API, including clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position, breakable down by query, page, device, country, and date.

Can I query Search Console data alongside Google Analytics?

Yes. Connect both sources and ask cross-source questions like 'Which pages have high GSC impressions but poor GA4 engagement?'

Is there a query or date range limit?

The GSC API returns up to 25,000 rows per request and supports queries up to 16 months back. Sequel handles pagination automatically for large result sets.

Can I filter by country or device?

Yes. You can ask country or device specific questions like 'Show me mobile CTR for my top pages' and Sequel will apply the correct filters.
